Files are provided at two sampling rates: Best Quality which provides good sound quality but produces a larger file and Smaller File which produces a smaller file at the expense of sound quality. Both files have identical content and running time. Use "small" if you have a slow internet connection. The approximate file size in MegaBytes (MB) is shown in the link.
