Men's Ministry

PURPOSE

Our purpose is to support the Pastors and Elders of Community Bible Church in the edification of God’s people and through all of our fellowships, studies and activities share the gospel of Jesus Christ.   Fellowships, studies and activities are planned to meet the needs of men, the issues they face in life, and to encourage them to draw closer to our Savior who WILL meet all of their needs.

VISION

Our vision is to encourage men to stand strong in their faith through a close, personal relationship with Jesus Christ.   They will learn to discern through God’s Word, His perfect will for them.  As godly men, they will be able to influence their families, friends, neighbors and co-workers with the gospel of Christ.

GOALS

Our goal is to encourage spiritual growth in our church and community by offering dynamic fellowships, Bible studies and activities that equip men with the tools to live godly lives in Jesus Christ and uphold leadership in their homes and at CBC.

OPPORTUNITIES

► BIBLE STUDIES - All men are invited to participate in a Bible Study on Tuesday evenings at 7:30 p.m. at CBC.

► MEN'S RETREAT - The CBC Men's Retreat is a fun-filled, spiritually-energizing weekend each spring at Mountain Lakes Bible Camp.

► OTHER OPPORTUNITIES - The men gather at other times during the year for dinners, breakfast and other fun events.  Dates and times will be listed on the Upcoming Special Events page as these opportunities arise.
