Our Culture
is made up of 6 elements:
- OUR VISION
- OUR MISSION
- OUR MANDATE
- VALUES
- OUR CHARACTERISTICS
- OUR STANDARDS OF SERVANT LEADERSHIP
OUR VISION
To see Jesus as the central point of hope, life, and transformation, for us, in us, and through us.
OUR MISSION

OUR VALUES
HEALTH
Priority Of Servant Leaders
We prioritize daily personal encounters with God, pursue to live authentic, pure, and holy lives in the secret places of our hearts, mind, and actions. We give our best to our family, protect our rest, and live in sustainable rhythms of life.
HONOR
House of Honor
Honor is the expression of God, the ability to steward well, and protect the sacred values of the kingdom and order. Honor brings liberty, accountability, protection, and promotion. Honor is not solitude or controlling, it’s upholding and releasing.
AUTHENTICITY
Safe Environment
We build from a place of honesty, and lead from a place of authenticity. We house safe environments for genuine relationships, believe the best while caring through loving and biblical accountability.
PASSION
Expression
We are excited, fervent, zealous, and passionate about the word, our worship, our world, and our witness.
RESONATE
Impression
We want to leave a Godly impression, life transformation, and a lasting invitation.
SOLUTION
Focus
We see problems as opportunities and take opportunities to solve problems.
CELEBRATION
Flavor
We celebrate our diversity, laugh at our quirks, and embrace our uniqueness.
GENEROSITY
Blessed
We believe generosity is the fruit of God, therefore we are generous with our treasures, time, and hearts. We don't have to give, we get to give.
HUMILITY
Empower
We empower the humble, support the teachable, and supply the faithful. We choose willingness over giftedness.
STEWARDSHIP
POSTURE
We govern through honesty, assess for integrity, and measure for accuracy. We are owners of nothing but stewards of everything.
OUR STANDARD OF LEADERSHIP
Our Servant Leadership Standards are the building block's for those who aspire to operate as leaders in the CPC body.
Daily Encounters
We pursue daily personal encounters with God, a lifestyle of prayer and fasting, exercise the discipline of stillness, and keeping a posture to receive correction, love, and empowerment by The Holy Spirit and our spiritual covering.
Matthew 6:7-15, Proverbs 8:34, John 15:4, 1 Samuel 3:10
Forgiveness
Forgiveness is not an option, it's a command. When we harbor unforgiveness we become a conduit of division and begin to operate in the works of the flesh rather than the fruit of the Spirit. We believe our greatest expression of Jesus is offering forgiveness.
Ephesians 4:32, Matthew 6:14-15, Colossians 3:13
Sabbath
We are committed to honor Godly confines to keep the Sabbath. We choose one day a week and keep it holy unto the Lord. The Sabbath was made for us to rest, delight, heal, and hear from God.
Hebrews 4:9, Exodus 20:8, Isaiah 56:2, Ezekiel 20:12, Mark 3:1-6
Tithe
We honor the Lord with our first fruits, a tenth of our weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, ect. income to support the work of the Lord. We do not give to a church, we sow through The Church with joy.
Malachi 3:8-10, Matthew 23:23-24
Unity
There is only one who wears the crown, and that is Jesus. We are gathered and unified by his banner and united by blood. We honor those fruitful and faithful, first in their personal lives, secondly through healthy demonstrated leadership, and thirdly through humble and trained usage of spiritual gifts, including the building office gifts of the apostolic, prophetic, evangelistic, shepherding, and teaching. Through our unity we honor God and remain united for His greater glory and purposes.
Psalm 133, Ephesians 4:2-6
Biblical Examination
We believe Jesus qualifies each on one of us to be used by him, and we also see scripture teaching us the importance of disciple affirmation, fruit preparation, and office examination.
Matthew 6:7-15, Proverbs 8:34, John 15:4, 1 Samuel 3:10
OUR DISTINCT CHARACERISTICS
BUILT FOR THE GLORY
Attention
We honor the weightiness of God's goodness. When the glory is in the room, nothing else matters.
SUSTAINED BY THE PRESENCE
Rest
The presence of God is the evidence of His nearness, therefore we not only rest in His presence, but we are led, directed, and mandated by it.
HOUSE OF PRAYER
Privilege
Prayer is not an option or inconvenience to our gatherings, it is essential and a command we embrace with great humility and honor. We prepare in prayer and end in prayer because a house that prays is the dwelling place of the Lord.
ALTERS
Sacred
We believe in the power of alter calls. We invite a Kairos moment of time which one is compelled by the beckoning of God's Spirit to respond in faith to repentance, salvation, healing, or anything else. These altars are holy, filled with God's presence, and there are anointed vessels ready to pray to engage with heaven and wage war on the enemy.
PEOPLE
Connection
We don't believe people are looking for a friendly church, we believe people are looking for friends, not a family oriented service, but a family to belong to with purpose. This is why we are intentional about connection time, delighting in refreshments and fellowship at each gathering so we can grow together as a family of God.
TIME
Focus
We do not strive to be the greatest church planters, but rather the greatest wedding planners. We understand that a good wedding planner is one that knows both the needs and desires of the bride and the groom. It is our desire to allow time for the bride and the groom to fellowship, time for moments of conversation, and encounter. We gather with intentional time for these important moments between God and His bride.
