Bloom Where You Are Planted!

At CPC, our desire is  to help you grow and bloom into who God created you to be and do all God has created you to do. God desires that we bloom in every area in our life where He has us planted.  It is His love and kindness that causes us to desire and follow Him.

For that reason, we created Next Steps to help you in your walk of Knowing God, Finding Life, and Living Faith.

Once you've decided you believe Jesus is the way to salvation and you call on Him for the forgiveness of your sins, nothing can separate you from His love. If you haven't already prayed a prayer of confession, let's do so now:

Dear God, I'm praying because I know I need a Savior. I believe that Jesus is the Son of God, He died for my sins and rose again on the third day. I'm asking You to forgive my sins and I believe through Jesus, I am forgiven. Amen.

Did you pray that prayer? Let us know so we can send you some resources and support.

Have you said Yes to God? Have you made a decision to receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior? In your yes, we want to provide you with a jump start in your new life with God. We believe this class will encourage and also provide an understanding of what it means to say ‘yes’ to God.

We encourage every believer to be baptized, fully immersed in water, in the same manner as Jesus. This is a physical representation of your faith, belief and obedience to Jesus Christ.  It symbolizes your old person dying as you are immersed in the water and the new person you are in Christ rising to life as you rise out of the water.

Many people find the Holy Spirit mysterious and confounding. Why is the third person in the Godhead—the one Jesus said would be the believer’s ultimate source of truth and comfort—the source of such confusion? In this 6 week independant bible study step we use Robert Morris's teaching on the Holy Spirit. We gather at the end for a time of review and prayer.
